The CBV1 ambient lighting was developed and tested by LED-MARTIN GmbH in collaboration with professional vehicle manufacturers. (CBV = Car Builder Version).
Illumination: During the design of the illumination, particular attention was paid to glare-free radiation. The light color of 4000-4500K enables fatigue-free working in daylight-like conditions.
Installation:
The CBV1 ambient lighting is very easy and versatile to install. For stationary or indoor applications, the light can be attached using the spring clips supplied.
For dynamic applications, the light can be mounted on the rear using slot nuts with M6 or M8 screws.
The most efficient installation method during work preparation is adhesive mounting using 3M VHB®. When installing multiple lights per vehicle, this is the most durable and fastest method.
With the specified adhesive width of twice 6 mm over a length of 1000 mm, the light has a holding force of >50 kg. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Electrics:
With a 2000 mm input cable and a 30 mm output cable, the light can be connected in series up to 3 meters at 12V. At 24V, this can be done up to 6 meters. Thanks to the built-in cable duct, this can also be done inside the light.
Protection class:
The full silicone encapsulation ensures a very high protection class even under the most adverse conditions.
